Another week of winter is under our belt, and rumor is we are going to hit 50 degrees tomorrow! So, I have been looking for lighter knitted flair. It seems more difficult to find great patterns for the in-between months of winter and summer. But I found a couple of things that will work in various weights of yarn.

I really the eyelets and the size of this project. It isn’t bulky and you can just wrap wrap wrap it and not work about it looking perfect. I can see it in linen or a fingering blend…maybe even the new Dragonfly Damsel we are getting in today.
I’m not quite sure about the tassels though…
Hope to see you this weekend.
Enjoy!

I just wove in the ends of this scarf this morning! I used Malabrigo’s Sock Yarn in the Persia colorway, and it looks GORGEOUS! I’ve been hoarding this yarn for a special pattern to really show off the colors, and it looks and drapes very well. I also left the tassels off (not sure how I feel abut them), but haven’t completely ruled them out yet.
Thank you so much for posting these lovely patterns from Ravelry! I often prowl the pattern boards, but sometimes gems like these can get overlooked.
