Happy Friday everyone! Opps… it is only Thursday. Oh well, I’m ahead and I will go with it!
Keeping with the Baby Theme for the month of June, I have a couple more patterns to share.
Demne by Annie Cholewa – This is a cute newborn sweater with a unique Roman Stitch, making this a little more interesting than your basic newborn sweater. The pattern calls for a dk weight yarn. I would suggest Acadia by The Fibre Co.
Now look at this adorable Granny Square inspired Baby Sweater! I just love this one…Granny Square to Wear by Amamda Tipton. The pattern calls for a worsted weight…would be really nice in our new Weepacka by Big Bad Wool or Organik by The Fibre Co..
And for those that don’t have a little one, and sense we are featuring Kelbourne Woolens this month, I found another interesting Free Pattern, the Wicker Cowl by Kate Osborn. There are many yarn options for this one…I think it could be done in fingering or dk, and looks to be an easy lace pattern.
Finally, I saw Susanna IC’s Annis done by Espace Tricot (they always have beautiful samples). They worked it up in Firefly by Classic Elite, which we happen to have plenty of. But again, it could be beautiful in many yarns.
Hope this makes up for last week. Enjoy!
