Out of the blue yesterday we got a note from Courtney Kelley of Kelbourne Woolens asking (like she has to ask) if she could stop in the shop since she is going to be in Frederick! So Courtney agreed to stop in for a bit to meet and greet and do a little book signing tomorrow, August 9th from 2PM to 3PM. This is a great opportunity to meet Courtney, show off projects, and have her sign a pattern or book.
So I thought I would dedicate this week’s Free Pattern Friday to some of Kelbourne Woolen’s free patterns. Here they are…
Alice, by Antonia Shankland. You won’t believe this, but we saw this done up in the pink just as it is shown here at TNNA and is why carry Road to China Light. I swore I was going to knit this right away, and didn’t. This is why we have plenty of this beautiful PINK.
Hiker’s Waistcoat, by Kelbourne Woolens. When we first opened, and had a Kelbourne Woolens trunk show, this was a shop favorite. Perfect for fall!
Hope you enjoy these, and if you need yarn, we have it!
