Alright… Winter Storm Cayto is coming on Wednesday! Come on…we are already under a “Winter Storm Watch” . It should make for an interesting Black Friday and Shop Small Saturday, and Downtown Frederick should be beautiful! What else do we need to get us in the Christmas Spirit??
