we didn’t already have a bunch of fingering yarn, we received 3 big deliveries of more this week. I have been teasing Mom about having so much fingering. But IT IS everyone’s favorite if you look at Ravelry data (I checked).
We have a wall full of Shalimar Breathless, a wall full of Western Sky, and another full wall of Duck Duck Wool. We have the full spectrum, from predicable to fun and everything in between including sprinkle and twinkle.
So if you are in the shop and see one skein that you have to have, (and you will) here are a couple of ideas.
We have some really fun sock yarn, so sock pattern is in order. Primavera Socks by Natalja. These look good in both a solid and a variegated yarn. It looks to be pretty popular with almost 1100 projects.
The Cables ‘n Lace Cowl pattern by Cathy Campbell came out recently. You need a little imagination with this one..since it is done in a nothing gray. Mom- wouldn’t this be nice for me in that WSK Navy?
And if getting 3 loads of yarn this week isn’t enough, The Kelbourne Woolens Allium Truck Show arrived. The pieces are so soft and pretty. They all use Meadow, which is a heavy lace yarn that is just as soft as can be.
Happy Days,
~Heather
P.S. I moved everything around again. 🙂
