The other morning I was watering the plants and I noticed the air felt different. Is it just me or is everyone seeing the little signs of fall?
There are signs in the shop too! We received our order of Hudson Worsted from Jill Draper this week. The colors are so rich. I want to make a sweater out of it desperately, in any of the colors.
We also received Julie Asselin’s Fino Fingering which is a Non-Superwash Merino, Cashmere, and Silk. We have 20 colorways of this divine yarn. We will have the pictures updated in the on-line shop by Sunday.
In other news, I just finished my Sista Claudia Cowl. It was a slow one for sure, I love how it turned out, but I’ve satisfied my colorwork itch.
I am ready for something new and a little heavier. I have an sweater that I have started that I need to start cranking on but I’m at a sticky point and just can’t pick it up and it’s fingering….so I have been perusing for a new fix.
I still really want to do this one…Bedford, by Michele Wang. Wonder if I could get it done before Rhinebeck? Maybe it will be my Olympic knitting…
