If you’ve been in the shop at all lately, you know Mom and I are going to Edinburgh in a week and a half. Ask Mom about it, and she will tell you how many days and hours until our departure. After all, it is Mom’s first trip to Europe. I am excited about going, but I have been so busy at my real job, that I haven’t had time to do really think about it. But pretty soon, I will be thinking about what I am taking to knit on…I looked at Ravelry last night, but haven’t decided on anything. I would like to do a Fade in my colors…but that is just unrealistic. I was hoping we would get in our new order of Into the Whirled, but it hasn’t arrived yet, but it might still. Maybe I’ll take that sweater I started a year ago…
I was at the shop for a minute yesterday and was scanning around, looking for empty hooks and seeing what kind of shape the inventory is in, and I kept looking at navy and green shawl on the mantel. I don’t think I shared it here on the blog. It is Joji’s The Girl from the Grocery Store.
I need something new to wear to my business reviews next week, and I thought BAMM! Put that with a crisp white blouse and call it done. I think it is supposed to be for me anyway right Mom?? I mean, that is why you picked those colors…
Watch for MDSW Pop-Up Shop Info…we will be announcing the line-up before we head to Edinburgh. I will post it first on IG so if you don’t already follow us on IG, you might want to start.
Oh and for those of you interested in Paul’s new brewery, Rockwell Brewery, it opens next Thursday. It in the same plaza as Family Meal on East Street.
Gotta brush up on my brioche before I teach it at Noon. Yikes.
